National Association For Business Resources Announces Atlanta’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For™
Warren, MI – May 13, 2013 – Great companies that shine at employee relations will be recognized by the National Association For Business Resources (NABR) as Atlanta’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For™. This is a highly sought after honor by competing companies throughout the region. These select companies will be honored by the National Association For Business Resources (NABR) on Thursday, June 20 at the Atlanta Marriott Century Center.
This year’s winners practice innovative strategies and represent best practices in human resources in industries as diverse as the financial services, technology, construction, manufacturing and nonprofit.
An independent research firm evaluates each company’s entry based on key measures in various categories. They include Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives; Strategic Company Performance and the Best of the Best Small Business.
The winning companies also vie for 3 “Best of the Best Overall” elite awards, one granted for Small, Medium and Large size businesses. The elite award winners will be announced during the luncheon.
The annual symposium and awards program will begin with registration, networking and an exhibit gallery at 9:30 a.m. Educational workshops will follow at 10:00 a.m. A Keynote address will be given by Lance J. Richards, GPHR, SPHR of Kelly Services at 11:20 a.m. The luncheon and awards ceremony begins at 12:05 p.m.
